Short Description

In this presentation, we share the findings from a systematic review of peer-reviewed articles published between 2018–2022, focusing on how completion and intention-fulfillment have been studied in massive open online courses (MOOCs). Our interest emerges from a desire to synthesize the techniques and strategies from the literature to increase completion rates and improve learner intention-fulfillment in MOOCs. In the presentation, we will share our synthesized findings and provide recommendations for facilitators.
