Short Description

The AECT 2022-2023 Intern Class will present their findings regarding volunteers’ experiences during the AECT international conventions. The shift from a face-to-face to a hybrid convention occurred quickly due to COVID-19, and many conference participants experienced issues due to the modality changes. This study examines how to better meet volunteers needs in the hybrid convention model, identifying resources to promote, facilitate, and improve the volunteer program.
