Short Description

We systematically reviewed the literature to develop a conceptual framework for understanding the impact of AI on teachers. We addressed two questions: AI’s pedagogical characteristics and its impact. Based on the findings, we proposed a three-dimensional framework (i.e., cognition, emotion, and interpersonal relationships) to understand the impact of AI on teachers’ pedagogical practices. We discussed the significance of the proposed framework in contributing to the discourse on AI’s roles and impacts in AI-integrated teaching.
