Dozens of quality assurance frameworks, like Quality Matters, exist to evaluate, legitimize, and ideally improve online learning. Researchers have investigated aspects of these, however, little research has been conducted on faculty perceptions and experiences of these frameworks. Despite increased adoption, some faculty continue to resist these frameworks. Given this, we investigated faculty perspectives and experiences. In this session, we will describe the results of our inquiry and discuss how they might be improved
