This session showcases the potential of AI-powered tools to revolutionize foreign language teaching. Participants will have hands-on experience with cutting-edge language technologies such as ChatGPT, DALL.E, and edugo.ai to design lessons and create instructional materials to develop reading, listening, speaking, and writing skills. Moreover, attendees will create interactive game-based learning activities that provide instant feedback. Practical examples will be shared from an intermediate level Mandarin Chinese course taught at a college in the US.
