Abstract

The overall purpose of this study was to examine the measurement properties of the information provided by the scale scores of the Maslach Burnout Inventory. Specifically, the focus was on differences in the quality and magnitude of scores across the long and short versions, across different school levels, and between German and English versions of the measure.
