Session Submission Type: Roundtable Session
This session aims at providing theoretical concepts and empirical evidence for work condition which supports learning from errors in the professions. The contributions comprise empirical studies investigating different aspects of learning from errors in order to analyze the broad scope of this issue. By discussing strategies of detecting errors, knowledge resulting from error experiences, competence of dealing with errors and individual beliefs influencing the way of dealing with errors, this symposium provides a comprehensive examination of an unavoidable aspect of daily working life: Human fallability.
