Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness and validity of an immersive, interactive, web-delivered computer simulation -- A Year in the Life of a Middle School Principal -- for use in leadership preparation. This study reports on the use of the alpha version of the simulation over 11 months with students in a post master's administrative certificate program.
