This paper explores the use of digital video to facilitate principal and student reflection by recasting reflection as a collective process in which individuals co-construct meaning through reflective discourse. Specifically, this study examines the process in which a high school principal and student co-construct collective understanding of their school’s college-going culture and the discursive digital reflective process that enabled it.
