Through the use of a mixed methods approach this paper examines 94 Grade One teachers Levels of Use and Concerns about the Revised Primary Curriculum in Jamaica. The Concerns Based Adoption Model was used as the framework for developing the instruments to assess the teachers Levels of Use and Concerns. A survey was conducted to ascertain teachers reported use and concerns and four case studies to ascertain teachers’ actual use and concerns. Both sets of data were then compared.
