A Synthesis of SIG Research on Women and Education’s Book Series: 12-Year Reflections and 5-Year Projections

Abstract

In this session, the editors of three gender books in the Research on Women and Education Series published by Information Age Publishing will share a synthesized analysis of gender equity, from the first book published, Defining and Refining Gender Equity, and from the second two books, Gender and Schooling in the Early Year and Gender and Early Learning Environments. A discussion based on the document analysis will ensue that aids in forming the next 5-year phase of publication of the edited books in the series.
