About the AERA 2014 Annual Meeting
Dates, Location, and Headquarter Hotels
Join more than 13,000 of your colleagues Thursday, April 3 – Monday, April 7 in Philadelphia. The preconference events will take place on Wednesday, April 2.
For the 2014 Annual Meeting the primary site where sessions will be held is the Pennsylvania Convention Center located at 1101 Arch Street. In addition, the headquarter hotels where sessions and events will be held are the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown and Loews Philadelphia. Loews is the NCME headquarter hotel.
Enter the Convention Center via the Broad Street Atrium entrance, located on Broad Street between Arch and Race Streets and directly across the street from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. Registration is located in Hall E, directly above Broad Street Atrium entrance. The Information Desk will be located at the convention center, 200 level, outside Hall E. The Headquarters Office will be located at the convention center, 100 level, Room 126B.
