Abstract

Seminar participants will engage collaboratively in a structured conversation aimed at surfacing divergent and convergent understandings of teacher leadership. Participants will work to identify strengths and weaknesses in the field of teacher leadership research, begin to map an agenda for future research and development, and establish connections that can lead to progress in this area. This session is sponsored by Divisions A and K and is open to all.
