Abstract

This panel brings together experts from around the globe; each panelist has extensive experience and knowledge to share from his/her country’s perspective. The purpose of the panel is to share what these individuals know about technology as an agent of change from their experience, and to generate a discussion with the audience on questions of future research, learning from each other, and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
