Storying Chicago as Indigenous Land

Abstract

This presentation will be given by two community leaders/elders and will provide an historical analysis of Indigenous Chicago past and present. These authors participated in the research projects over time in multiple capacities as elders, community members, advisory board members, and elder teachers. The paper will emphasize implications of storying and restorying Indigenous land for educational research.
