Ensuring the holistic development of students living in residential colleges requires continuous evaluation of the learning outcomes that are closely aligned with the ethos of the institutions. In this paper, we report an in-depth mixed-method study of identifying the learning outcomes, and the processes that contribute to that learning in an undergraduate residential college within an Asian university. The Input-Environment-Output model is used as an analytical lens to explore the data collected through a survey which included close-ended and open-ended questions. Results from the analysis systematically documents the key learning outcomes specific to the College, the productive aspects of College life and areas of improvement to provide a better residential college experience for students.
