This paper presents a validation of the revised Technology User Perceptions Survey (TUPS), a survey based on the 2003 conceptual framework that has been revised for explaining technology integration in schools based on teacher perceptions and uses. Thirteen hundred seventy-six teacher (1376) teachers from a public school district in the state of Florida completed the TUPS. The tool measures 10 related constructs of technology integration from an in-service teacher’s perspective: (1) Access and Support, (2) Preparation for Technology Use, (3) Perceptions of Professional Development, (4) Perceptions of Technology Use, (5) Comfort and Confidence Using Technology, (6) Technology Integration, (7) Teacher Use of Technology, (8) Student Use of Technology, (9) Perceived Technology Skills, and (10) Perceptions of Technology Usefulness.
