Student Veteran Persistence and Graduation: An Exploratory Analysis Using a Discrete-Time Hazard Model

Abstract

Using a discrete-time hazard model, this study responds to the need for research on student Veterans. Factors predicting graduation and withdrawal at a public four-year university in Texas, serving one of the largest Veteran populations in the state, are explored to inform future practice and research.
