This study creates a new approach for basing vocational education programs in Turkey for individuals aged 15-25 who have autism spectrum disorders. Additively, creating this approach will serve to not just fulfill a need in Turkish special education scholarship, but also will bring diverse stakeholders of society together to collaborate for changing the dynamics of society’s view on disability from charity to equal rights for all. Since manifestation of autism spectrum disorders requires unique modifications in vocational education, which does not have a solid base in Turkey regarding policy and practices, this study will develop a new approach to implement better innovative, inclusive, and applicable vocational education in Turkey.
