This paper uses the 11-12 School and Staffing Survey to analyze the factors affecting school threats and violence towards teachers in America. This research found environmental factors played a key role in instances of threats and violence towards teacher. 1-10 U.S. teachers have been threatened and 1-20 teachers have been attached in school. This research recommends a greater awareness of the factors contributing to school violence.
