Session Type: Roundtable Session
In this roundtable, race is taken up with kindergartners in Korea through poem writing and then made central to first graders’ peer dialogue in the United States. As well, democratic approaches to inclusive education are investigated. This session offers critical reflections in presentations that negotiate race and inclusion in early childhood spaces.
