The purpose of this quasi-experimental study with mix method was to investigate the effects of an aerobic exercise intervention program on elementary school children’s math achievement, math competence, and PA level. The sample consisted of 83 children in Grades 3-5 participated. The results showed a significant increase in math scores after the intervention. Children in the experimental group were more confident in math self-competency and had more accumulated steps compared to children in the control group. Children reported they were active, they enjoyed the program, and felt more focused in learning. Teachers agreed with students’ responses but could not associate any changes in academics.
