Abstract

This paper presents preliminary findings from a case study on the intentional changes undertaken by a university-based principal preparation program. This paper highlights how a program recognized for high-quality design has responded to changes in the educational landscape. The findings have implications for similarly situated principal preparation programs in the U.S.
