The "Urgency of Now Report" reveals that nationally only 52% of Black males and 58% of Latino males graduate from high school in four years, while 78% of White, non-Latino males graduate in four years. Some states and districts have been able to provide supports to secure a timely high school diploma for over three-quarters of White, non-Latino males, a little more than half of Black and Latino males were provided with the same supports. This study will review the literature to determine the constructs that influence this continual gap among Black and Latino males compared to their white counterparts. Qualitative data analyses are done to establish themes. Themes are then used to develop an effective faith-based program
