We Surveyed, So Now What? Using the Teacher Data Use Survey to Inform School Improvement

Mon, May 1, 12:25 to 1:55pm, Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, Floor: River Level, Room 7D

Abstract

The Teacher Data Use Survey (Authors, in press) is a consistent, reliable tool to measure teacher data use and its supporting components. Historically, schools and districts have had trouble responding to the information from such a survey to improve data use. In this paper, we describe the TDUS and how Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools used it to improve their data culture.
