Teachers and school administrators enrolled or affiliated with predominantly Black-serving institutions (PBIs) are a captive audience for scholarship on social justice leadership and preparation to practice such leadership. However, extant literature offers no evidence regarding how university-based centers at PBIs disseminate research on social justice leadership and work to develop school professionals’ capacity to function as social justice leaders. To fill the gap in our knowledge base, this paper reports on a record of activities and an archive of artifacts accumulated by the Center for Urban Research and Education at Chicago State University.
