Abstract

Four scholars of organizational change and feminism will briefly discuss the intersections of these concepts in institutional transformation projects in universities. Specifically, waves of feminism and generational differences will be discussed in regard to projects like NSF ADVANCE and their influence on change efforts. Interactive conversation with the audience will then follow.
