Cognitive flexibility, or flexible thinking, is an important concept to teach in educational psychology courses. Yet, little research to date has shed light on cognitive flexibility and its relevance to other cognitive constructs that account for human thinking and problem solving. This interactive panel session explores dimensions of cognitive flexibility and implications for teaching cognitive flexibility as an integration point in educational psychology courses.
