These papers collectively examine college and career pathways by studying various policies, practices, and spaces that influence postsecondary trajectories. With an eye towards equity and social justice, three of the papers provide a close look at programs designed to promote college pathways for minoritized students. The other two papers use quantitative analyses to identify and discuss what drives students towards postsecondary success and what might divert them from success.
