Abstract

The Mixed Methods Research SIG business meeting will highlight the finalists of the 2017 Distinguished Dissertation Award! The winner will present a formal overview of his/her research, and the work of the second and third place winners will be mentioned. There will also be a discussion of ongoing efforts to enhance the SIG’s outreach to and support of graduate students interested in mixed methods research. We will introduce our new SIG officers and thank our current Chair, Lisa Foster, for her leadership. We look forward to connecting and socializing with our MMR SIG members and welcoming those who are interested in learning more about mixed methods research and the SIG!
