Abstract

Join us for conversation about mixed methods research! The goal of this session is to engage graduate students, scholars, and researchers in dialogue about mixed methods research. This session will include open and informal discussions led by current and past mixed methods research SIG leaders, different activities, and brainstorming ideas to improve interaction among graduate students interested in the field. The four major topics of this session are” “What is mixed method research?”, "Using mixed methods in dissertation/thesis research ", “Special topics in mixed methods research”, and “Building a community among graduate students”. Everyone interested in mixed methods research is welcome to attend any or all of the session and be a part of the conversation!
