Abstract
The purpose of these papers is to describe and discuss curricular issues in music eduation. From adjudication to charter school issues to the development of a graduate curriculum for music educators, each of the topics provides insight into what music educators need to be successful. These curricular issues can influence teacher retention and continued professional development for music educators.
