Abstract

Join us for our fifth annual democratic gathering of teacher leader scholars and practitioners as we collaborate and commit to advancing the field. At this year’s congress, participants will choose to join in conversation about one of four areas of inquiry about teacher leadership-- definition, development, practice, or impact. In these groups, we will examine relevant conceptual frameworks and identify those that we can agree to test in the next year in order to create a stronger foundation for our growing knowledge base.
