In general, Latin American countries are characterized by higher levels of exclusion, poverty, and inequality, and lower levels of primary education (J. J. Brunner & D. Miranda, Chile: CINDA, 2016). This problem is associated with other issues like migration and mobility, with people seeking opportunities both within country (urban-rural migration), and in other countries. We present three experiences in Latin America related to this problem.
Educative Policy and Rural Internal Migration in México - Teresa Rojas Rangel, Universidad Pedagógica Nacional
Mexican Universities and Returned Students From the United States: Institutional Analysis of 34 Mexican Public Universities - Hiram Abel Angel, Universidad de Guadalajara
