Abstract

Abstract
The demands of administrators have increased exponentially within the last 5- 10 years. The school leader, principal’s job has become multi-faceted, extremely complex, and ever evolving.
Every successful organization has one major attribute that sets it apart from unsuccessful ones: dynamic and effective leadership (Hersey & Blanchard, 2007). The focus of the initial research was on the determinants of leadership effectiveness (Yukl, 1982).
The research design will be two-fold in nature. Convergent parallel mixed methods approach. It is a mixed methods strategy in which a researcher collects both quantitative and qualitative data, analyzes them separately, and then compares the results to see if the findings confirm or disconfirm each other (Creswell, 2014, p. 242).
