Abstract

This study seeks to contribute to the existing literature about the relationship between collegiality and overall job satisfaction for full-time faculty. A singular research question guided the proposed study: (a) What is the net effect of collegiality on faculty job satisfaction, controlling for various background traits and perceptions on work-life?
