What is practitoner teachers’ self-image of their role as practitioner-researchers and how they do research is little explored. The paper aims at exploring the above two questions. By the observation of interaction between two parts of teachers, analysis of interview with practitoner teachers and their lesson study reports, the paper tries to figure out the teacher identity and power relation in doing teacher research.
