Abstract

This study extends current research on racial microaggressions in higher education, by presenting a theoretical model for examining White student resistance. We use Critical Race Feminism to examine the intersection of racism and sexism as well as the multiple realities that female faculty of color negotiate when teaching in majority white spaces.
