Within urban education, the experiences of African American and Latinx students are too often conflated with one another. Through an investigation of current scholarship, the author explores the ways in which latinx youth are uniquely positioned to preform and advance white racist ideologies. While this analysis does not conduct original research into the topic, it hopes to serve as a theoretical foundation for future research into the ways in which non-black students of color are often positioned to become agents of white supremacy.
