School violence among students is a pervasive and persistent problem facing school administrators, parents, and researchers. Practitioners and researchers have recently focused on programs and policies to abate school violence; however, it is also important to address the very real consequences of violence perpetrated concurrently. To date, meta-analysts have failed to synthesize the complex relations from regression models that are now commonplace.
As such, the purpose of the larger project is to synthesize such relations.
The goal of this paper, however, is to use this project as a basis to describe the best practices of conducting such a review. We will also provide researchers and meta-analysts tools and tips to conduct a high-quality review of regression coefficients.
