Sticking With It: Predicting Teachers' Long-Term Implementation of STEM Training

Abstract

This study examined teachers’ implementation of a physical science and engineering PD program, in the year following their training. Results from binary regression analyses indicated that the use of online resources was positively associated with continued program implementation; other factors reflecting level of teacher buy-in and content knowledge gains were negatively associated with long-term implementation.
