From teaching and learning in online Scratch communities, to modern representations of the feminine ideal, to doctoral students using Twitter, technology mediates numerous aspects of the modern human experience. This session ranges in scope from families with K12-aged children to how sports media represents and evokes black bodies, emphasizing how technology has changed everything from the family unit to our cultural stereotypes.
