Ethico-onto-epistemological pedagogies are needed to educate students in ways that foster space(s) not only to know (epistemology) disruptive ways of engaging in qualitative research (QR), but also engage in the politics of inquiry related to being (ontology) and doing (axiology) work beyond what is privileged by the neoliberal academy and to understand the politics of inquiry, possible consequences of decisions, and potential joys of engaging in inquiries that they cannot suppress or fit into formulaic practices. We encourage scholars—especially ones who theoretically and philosophically align themselves with critical posthumanism, new feminist materialisms, and affect theories—to (continue to) consider how these are not just tools for doing research, but how the theoretical concepts entangle with and produce pedagogies.
