This paper examines teacher views of one comprehensive reform model, TAP: The System for Teacher and Student Advancement. The current study uses a longitudinal design and draws from the survey data of over 4,000 teachers, representing 194 schools in 9 states. These teachers worked in schools that implemented TAP in both the 2014-15 and 2015-16 school years. Teachers report favorable and growing opinions of the core elements of the TAP System. Findings also demonstrate that teachers perceived positive TAP System impacts, and perceptions of these impacts have strengthened over the course of TAP System implementation. Specifically, teachers reported increases in collaboration and collegiality among educators, positive changes in teacher practices, and growth in the achievement of students in their schools.
