Abstract

Leaders who work within the system to change the system (Dandaneu in Kivisto, 2005) need to form a strong team that is equipped with the cognitive, relational, and strategic skills to be effective. This story illustrates the difficulties teams encounter as they pursue the elusive goal to develop the skills to work together cohesively and powerfully with a focus on equity.
