Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships between collective teacher efficacy and student achievement, and to determine whether a specific systems approach to school turnaround and the strategies deployed by the Education Recovery (ER) team members can influence collective teacher efficacy and student achievement among persistently low achieving (PLA) schools in the southeastern region of the United States.
