Abstract

This study examines African American leader and staff involvement and perspectives of school equity efforts with the research question: What are African American leader’s and teachers’ perspectives of the school’s system equity change? Guided by Critical Race Theory this qualitative study illustrates what one African American leader and three African American teachers value and prioritize in equity systems change process for African American student success.
