The aim of this multiple case study is to investigate influences of professional development (PD) coaching on three elementary teachers’ technology integration practices and to study their coaching experiences in a K-6 school. The primary data included video tapings of instructional sessions and semi-structured interviews. The results showed that the participating teachers found coaching as a supportive PD approach for their technology integration with personalized and authentic learning activities. However, their positive perceptions on coaching did not directly translate into changes in their technology integration practices. We recommend that different factors of individual teacher’s PD needs to be considered during the planning phase in coaching. More flexibility and consistent support in teachers’ technology integration practice from school leaders is needed.
