Reimagining Collegiality for Full-Time, Non-Tenure-Track Faculty

Abstract

This highly interactive session has three primary aims: (1) present research about behaviors, practices, and policies that marginalize Full-Time, Non-Tenure-Track Faculty (NTTF) and detract from their experience of collegiality; (2) introduce a framework for developing research-based strategies to promote collegiality for NTTF, and all faculty in general; (3) Illuminate future research areas related to NTTF and/or collegiality.
