As the field of educational leadership moves towards a reimagining of schooling and leadership practice during an era of reform, disruption, and trauma aflame in schools, this chat is a communal conversation across the field of educational research. Specifically, we bring together an interdisciplinary panel of scholars whose work illustrates criticality in various forms. We desire for this chat to foster a space for emerging scholars in attendance to ask new questions of themselves, their work, and their praxis in defining and ensuring an educational futurity.
